Roger Tiffany Ltd built our house in West Yorkshire. The project took 15 months from the demolition of an existing dwelling in October 2015 to our taking possession in February 2017. It’s a 523 square-metre (5,630 square-foot) three-storey property built to a high thermal insulation standard and includes a home cinema and heated driveway.

Every building project has problems and ours had a few, but with goodwill on both sides they were overcome, and we are delighted with the result. It won the Local Authority Building Excellence Award for Best individual New Home and featured in the January 2020 issue of ‘Build It’ magazine.
